100% Mortgages for First Time Buyers

If you are a First Time Buyer with a track record of paying rent and household bills, you may be eligible for up to 100% LTV mortgage.

KEY FACTS:

  1.  Must be First time Buyer.
  2.  Must be over 21 years old.
  3.  Can provide deposit but must be less than 5%
  4.  Must have proof of having paid rent for at least 12 months in a row, within the last 18 months.
  5.  Must have 12 months experience paying all household bills within the last 18 months.
  6.  Your new Mortgage payment must be the same or lower than the average of the last 6 months rental.
  7.  Max term 35 years
  8.  Max loan £600,000
  9.  Not acceptable for New Build Flats
  10.  Must have no missed payments on debts or credit commitments in the last 6 months.
  11.  Must meet household to household criteria -this means same people who are renting now & have been for the last 12 months are also the same people applying for the mortgage.
